Platform choice matters less than the design around it
A PBX is only as good as its dial plan, its trunk design and the way it is administered. We work across Yeastar, Grandstream and Avaya so the recommendation follows your requirements — extension count, contact-centre needs, existing handsets, hosting preference and budget — rather than a single product line.
Migration is where most telephony projects are won or lost. Numbers, call flows, recorded announcements and permissions all have to survive the move, and the old system has to stay available until the new one is proven. We plan that cutover explicitly, including the rollback position.
Once live, telephony is a living system: people join, move and leave every week. We handle moves, adds and changes with a record of what changed, so the dial plan does not drift into something nobody can explain.
What we deliver
Each element is specified, configured and tested. Manufacturer certifications are not claimed here — we state platform experience, not credentials we do not hold.
IP PBX deployment
Yeastar, Grandstream and Avaya platforms specified and deployed on-premise, in your data centre or hosted, sized to extensions and concurrent calls.
SIP trunking and numbers
Trunk capacity, failover, DID allocation and number porting coordinated with your carrier, with inbound and outbound routes tested end to end.
Call routing and IVR
Auto-attendant, ring groups, time conditions, overflow and voicemail designed around how your teams actually answer calls.
Contact-centre queues
Queues, agent groups, recording and supervisor reporting configured where the platform supports them, with call scenarios tested before go-live.
Handsets and conferencing
Desk phones, conference units and softphone options provisioned and tested on the network they will actually use.
Support and changes
Moves, adds and changes, firmware updates, fault resolution and carrier escalation under an agreed support arrangement.
A typical call path
Illustrative topology. Carrier, platform and integration choices are confirmed per site; AICC integration is optional and separately scoped.
- SIP trunk — Carrier numbers and failover
- IP PBX — Yeastar, Grandstream or Avaya
- Routing — IVR, time conditions, groups
- Extension — Desk phone, softphone, DECT
- CRM or AICC — Optional integration
Where we deploy it
Different sites stress different parts of a telephony estate. Typical deployments include:
Offices and head offices
Multi-floor dial plans, reception routing and conferencing, with permissions that match departments and roles.
Warehouses and logistics
DECT or rugged handsets across large floors and yards, with coverage tested where the work happens.
Hospitality
Room extensions, front-desk routing and service departments, with wake-up and night routing handled deliberately.
Education
Department extensions, emergency paths and term-time routing, with administration delegated to named staff.
Retail branches
Store extensions and central routing, with branch numbers that survive when a site’s connectivity fails.
Industrial and plant sites
Rugged handsets and paging where noise and distance make desk phones impractical.
Keeping the estate working
Telephony support is mostly about changes and call quality. Contracts are scoped around extension count and how much administration you want to keep.
Platform maintenance
Firmware and platform updates planned with a rollback position, plus configuration backups so the dial plan can be recovered.
- Configuration backups
- Firmware and security updates
- Trunk and route health checks
- Written visit report
Moves, adds and changes
A defined route for extensions, permissions, ring groups and greetings, with a record of every change made.
- Extension provisioning
- Group and permission changes
- IVR and greeting updates
- Change log per request
Fault response
Diagnosis across platform, network and carrier, with escalation to the right vendor or provider rather than leaving you between them.
- Single fault-reporting channel
- Call-path diagnosis
- Vendor and carrier escalation
- Closure report per incident
Response terms and included changes are agreed per contract. Carrier faults are escalated on your behalf but remain outside our control.
How a telephony project runs
Cutover is planned from the first meeting, because that is where the risk sits.
1. Audit
Existing platform, carrier contracts, number ranges, call flows and handset estate reviewed and documented.
2. Design and proposal
Platform, trunk and dial-plan design with the migration sequence and rollback position agreed before purchase.
3. Deploy in parallel
New platform installed and configured alongside the old one, with handsets staged where practical.
4. Validate and cut over
Inbound, outbound, emergency, recording and failover paths tested, then numbers moved in an agreed window.
5. Handover and support
Administrator training, as-built documentation and an agreed support route for changes and faults.
Common questions
Which platform should we choose?
It depends on your requirements rather than a preference. We assess extension count, contact-centre needs, existing handsets, hosting preference, integration requirements and budget, then recommend across Yeastar, Grandstream and Avaya with the trade-offs stated plainly.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
In most cases numbers can be ported, subject to your carrier and the number ranges involved. Porting is planned with the carrier and tested before the old service is released, so there is a clear rollback position.
Do you support hybrid or remote workers?
Yes, where the platform and network support it — softphones, SBCs and VPN arrangements are configured and tested for call quality, not just for registration.
How does AICC relate to our phone system?
AICC is our enterprise AI agent platform. It can sit in front of the same telephony estate to assist agents or handle routine conversations under agreed rules. It is a separate product with its own scope, and it does not require replacing your PBX.
Are you a certified partner for these vendors?
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. We deploy and support these platforms, and where a manufacturer’s own certification or warranty process is required we will say so and involve the vendor directly.

Empower Your Contact Center with AI
AICC can sit in front of the telephony estate you already run — assisting agents, answering routine calls and handing over with full context. It is a separate platform with its own scope, and it does not require replacing your PBX.
